You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault.
You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the original seal on the bundle has been broken!

Before you install your TE it is always best to condition your hair extensions before installation. That way you will be able to recognize any issues with your hair at this time. If you do, please contact us immediately to discuss the problems and we will resolve them accordingly.
Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. , please avoid using oil or heavy styling products,it will weigh the hair down down & cause it to .You may apply an alcohol-free hair serum for shine as needed.
Our wefts are custom made, therefore we advise that you care for them the best you can. You may seal your wefts using a good quality weft sealant, IF you choose to but it is NOT required. Our wefts are reinforced and made by a machine. They can be cut without unraveling
We advise that you comb your hair every morning. With your TE brush, start at the ends the go towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extensions. or comb through to style.
